Live payroll is simple. We need 15 minutes of your personal time, to set up your account. The only time your signature is required for permission to represent you. After the first meeting, you will have a single form for each employee, and a pay period fax sheet. Each pay period the fax of employee hours should be received in our office on Monday or Tuesday. ASK TAX produces your payroll checks and they are mailed back to you for distribution. It's that Simple! All you will ever do again is Fax the hours and distribute paychecks. Nothing more!

ASK TAX pays all taxes, completes and signs every form and report, and even directly deposits or mails everything required. Your business does not even pay postage. All our clients are filed together. At year end, We produce the W-2's as well as all the other statements. Last year all our employer clients had the employee W-2's to distribute the first week in January.


   

We also will handle your Workmens Compensation Audit (annual cost per audit is $50.00) here in our office where we are more capable with the records at hand. IWIF (Injured Workers Insurance Fund) enjoys working with the professionals in this office in the time savings and availability of scheduling the audit.
